Sarah was a Friend (Quaker)
Sarah was born on 22d 2m 1731 [22 Apr 1731] in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1][2] She was the daughter of Moses Bowden and Phebe (Weed) Bowdy.[1]
She married Henry Davis Jr. in say 1749 (estimate based on birth of their first child).[3] She acknowledged to the Oblong monthly meeting on 20d 10m 1750, likely for marrying out of society.[4]
She died on 20 Nov 1791 in Pauldings Precinct, Dutchess, NY.
