Of the green tab options below, select compare first, just to be sure that the correct profiles are there. Got the correct ones, then in the paragraph above the two profiles is a yellow highlighted "Merge" click it to merge them.
Enter a brief comment in the box provided, explaining why you believe the profiles are duplicates and need to be merged. :D
If you would like some help, let me know - I can propose merges of the needed profiles, if you would like, then you will see the process and result.
