Their son Grady died of hemorrhagic fever in 1923[4].
In 1930 he lived in Bithlo, Orange County, Florida with a new wife, Victoria A. Collins and two new daughters, Inez, and Anna V.[5]. Victoria died 22 May 1934 of acute (bacterial?) pneumonia[6].
1935 finds Lee living in Osceola County, Florida with his first wife Nancy and their children Willard, Estelle, J.C., Odell, and Jessie May[7].
His daughter Lillian Inez Collins married William T. Cliff in Kentucky in 1947[8].
He died 16 April 1965 in Toombs County, Georgia[9][10] and was buried in Cool Spring Cemetery, Candler County, Georgia[1].
Obituary
LYONS -- Funeral Services for Lee Collins, 72, of Route 2, Lyons were held Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Cool Spring Baptist Church with the Reverend Alvin Graham officiating.
Mr. Collins died early Friday morning in the Aiken-McArthur Hospital after a short illness.
A native of Emanuel County, he was a retired carpenter and farmer.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Rola Mae Collins of Lyons; two sons, Willard Collins of Mims, Florida and Albert Collins of Lyons; eight daughters, Miss Grace Collins and Mrs. Emma Ree Collins of Lyons, Mrs. Estelle Blair of Florida, Mrs. Jesse Mae Collins of Jacksonville, Florida, Mrs Inez Collins and Mrs. Anna Lou Collins of Virginia, Mrs. Suel Kersey of Reidsville, and Mrs. Eugene Willis of Port Wentworth; two brothers, Lester Collins of Lyons and Dewey Collins of Metter; five sisters, Angie Strange of Vidalia, Mrs. R. P. Dellinger of Homestead, Florida, Mrs. John Driggers of Metter, Mrs. Otis Collins of Lyons, and Mrs. Ned Cannady of Metter; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Interment was in the Cool Spring Cemetery with Trapnell-Jones Funeral Home of Lyons in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Harvey Kemp, Johnny Driggers, Charlie Collins, Kermit Bird, Lenwood Cannady and Paul Williams

His daughter Jessie Collins Brooks married Leonard Webster Johnson in 1971[11].
