John Bushrod Crump was born about 1682 in St Peters Paris, New Kent, Virginia, son of William Crump II (1652 - 1720) and Elizabeth William Crump (1652 - 1712).
John died about 23 Jun 1746 in Hamilton Parish, Prince William aged ~64.
Research Notes
Note: Prince William County, Virginia was formed in 1731 from Westmoreland and Stafford Counties. In 1759, Fauquier County was taken from Prince William County. Thus, Prince William, which is the place of John Crump's death, later became Fauquier County, where his children lived and died. It appears that John Crump moved from Northumberland County to Prince William County, VA around 1734."
I have removed Thomas Crump as a son as he does not belong to this family.
I think this is from:Our Virginia, Tennessee and Missouri Families" about the Crumps. Added to this tree 17 May 2016. Joan Williams Wagner, this is my 8th GGF.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:
Crump-383 and Crump-499 appear to represent the same person because: same death date; same wife; same marriage date; same father, both are the father of Benjamin Crump.
