The Mary E. Burt who died in 1930 in Howard, Indiana, had LNAB of Finch, and the informant was Harvey Burt (son of "Anna"). Mary E is described as a widow; her husband's name is not given. "Mary" 's parents, on that death certificate, are James and Sarah. I found an "Ann" Finch with parents James and Sarah, in the 1850 US Census. She was born in Ohio and living in Jefferson, Clinton, Ohio. There is no "Mary" in the household. Ann was born in about 1843.
Conclusion: the given name Mary on the death certificate is an error and her correct name was Ann.
