John Fisher, son of Anthony Fisher and his wife Alice, was bp. at Syleham, Suffolk, England 16 June 1616; d. in Dedham, Massachusetts, 15 July 1637.[1]
John may have been married to Elizabeth____Fisher. "Elizabeth Fisher widdow was received into ye (First Church of Dedham) with general satisfaction 21d of ye 6m 1640."[2]. It seems likely that Elizabeth was the widow of John, none of the other male Fishers having died by August 21, 1640.
