Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1610. She is the daughter of Thomas Foster and Elizabeth Seamer.

She immigrated to Dorchester, Massachusetts, with her mother and step-father Jonas Humphrey around 1637. Jonas was admitted as a freeman of the Massachusetts colony in 1639.[1]

She married first William Fry (Frye) about 1639 and second Thomas Doggett about 1643.

Elizabeth died either during or after the birth of her last child Samuel (b. 1652). Her husband, William, then remarried in May 1654.
