The spelling for the county is in error as there is no Gracon County in Texas. Should read Grayson County, Texas. Spelling of the middle name on the document is "Uell". The Death Certificate does indicate the death date as 14 July 1939 at Eastland County, Texas and burial in the Merriman Cemetery, Ranger, Eastland County, Texas on 15 July 1939.
