Biography
Nancy Ann Fulton was born on 14 January 1824 in Ross, Ohio, United States, daughter of William Fulton and Mary Coleman.
She was the "female age five and under ten" in her father's household in Concord, Delaware, Ohio in 1830.[1] And the "female age 15 through 19" in the 1840 census of Radnor, Delaware County, Ohio.[2]
She married Ezekiel Beach on 16 October 1851 in Wapello County, Iowa.[3] They had four sons:
- Roswell Beach b. abt. 1854
- William Beach b. abt. 1858
- Eugene Beach b. abt. 1860
- Henry Beach b. abt 1864
They remained in Ottumwa, Wapello, Iowa, for the rest of their lives.
Nancy died of typhoid on 14 October 1886, age 64. She was buried in Ottumwa.[4]
