There death records for three Charlotte Adams of the right age in the Birmingham area: 1903 in Aston, 1909 in Birmingham and 1928 in Birmingham south. Since there doesn't appear to be a record of her in 1911 and she was living in Aston, it looks most probable that she died in 1903.
