Felix was born on 27 September 1872 in Coryell County, Texas. He was the son of Isaac Graham and Sarah Kinsey. His residence at time of death was Navidad, Jackson County, Texas; he passed away on 29 October 1939 in Lampasas, Lampasas County, Texas[1] and is buried in King Cemetery, Coryell County, Texas.[2]
