Biography

Aaron Gregg[1][2][3][4][5][6] was born in 1818 in Ohio, the son of John Gregg and Elizabeth Boothe.[3][1][7]

He was married to Elizabeth Cozad on 14 Jan 1836 in Ross County, Ohio, by Solomon Redfearn, J.P.[2][8] They were the parents of:

  1. Henry (1836-?); married 19 Oct 1870 to Odirene Dilly
  2. John M (1839-?)
  3. Daniel Enos (14 Feb 1843-2 May 1923); married 28 Aug 1865 to Sarah Louise Beach

He and Elizabeth Cozad moved from Ohio to Missouri between 1839 and 1842.[2][9] His wife died in Aug 1846, and he appeared on the census on 15 Aug 1850 in the household of his parents, John Gregg and Elizabeth Gregg in 16th District, Cass County, Missouri, as Aaron Gragg, age 32, male, farmer, born in Ohio.[3]

He married Susan Thomas on 3 Aug 1851 in Henry County, Missouri.[10] They had no children.

He died about 12 Sep 1851 in Cass County, Missouri.[11]
