Louise Thérèse (Grondain) Grondin lived

Louise Grondain was born on 17 Oct 1684 and baptized on 3 Jan 1685 in Grande-Anse (registered in Rivière-Ouelle) Her parents were Jean Grondin and Sainte Mignot. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Charles Peletier by proxy for Louis Mignot de Beauport and Marie Peletier, daughter of Jean Peletier, by proxy for Thérèse Joucheraud, wife of Lalond. The officiating priest was Sennemaud.[1]

Marriage
Louise Thérèse Grondin, aged 18 on the record, married Pierre Albert, aged 30 on the record, son of René Albert and Marie Devenseau, on 27 Nov 1702 in Notre-Dame-de-Liesse parish of Rivière-Ouelle. In the presence of known witnesses Jean Peltier, Gabriel Bouchard, Noël Peltier, and Jean Baptiste Grondin. The celebrant priest was J. Bernard de Requeleyne. [2]

Alternate names : Uses Louise Thérèse in various documents through her life. Also listed as Marie Thérèse or Théodose. Actual birth name found was just Louise, she has a sister named Louise who married Charles Miville in 1697, that sister is stated as being 21 on that marriage record, ie born around 1676.

Her burial has not been found, she is never listed as deceased on any of her children's marriages, the last such dated 28 November 1747 (Madeleine Albert with Basile Hudon dit Beaulieu). Her husband died in 1746 in Kamouraska.[3]

Grondin-257 and Grondin-11 appear to represent the same person because: same woman, could not find her actual baptism record in Drouin, but same dob given and same spouse. Thérèse-Louise is what gets used in records during the marriage.
