Philip married Mary HANES, daughter of William HANES and Sarah HANES Mrs., about 1780.
Death
She died after 1820. No record after 1820 according to source #1; source #3 surmises that after the death of her husband, she returned to North Carolina to live with relatives. It is not proven Mary died in Kentucky. It is presumed she returned to Rutherford Co., NC to live with her relatives. Not proven.
