My father was a coal miner at Clinchfield Coal Company Compass number 2 at Dola WV. I remember waiting at the Lumberport B&O station everyday for dad to drive by on his way home. He always stopped to pick me up in is old truck. I was always excited to see if he saved me something in his bucket.

Flynn-135

I have just recently learned that my dad is actually my stepfather which has caused this curiosity into my genetic lineage. We probably are distant cousins. The Flynn (Flinn) reference above is where (at this point) I am showing a connection. There may be other connections. I would love more info. Sadly I have no pictures. I do attempt to get gravestone pitcures from findagrave.com and upload them.

Best regards! Brian Ward
