Robert Rice/Royce Hough ( 22 Jul 1767 Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut^[1] - 15 Oct 1835 Glastonbury, Hartford, Connecticut^[2]) was the son of Ephraim Hough and Eunice Andrews.

About 1791 he married md Anstrous Manwaring? (abt. 1770 Wallingford, Connecticut- 24 Dec 1824^[3]). She was buried in Glastonbury, Hartford, Connecticut. She may be the daughter of Josiah Manwaring (1740–1798) and Elizabeth Latham (1748– ).
