Thomas Howe was born in Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts 26 April 1692, the grandson of original settler John Howe of Sudbury and Marlborough.[1] He married 25 April 1715 Rebecca Perkins, daughter of John and Mary (Fiske) Perkins of Wenham.[2] She was born in Wenham, where she was baptized in 1692.[3]
