Biography
I'm from a very small family and always knew their were unknown relatives out there somewhere. With 5 names at 2 pictures I started on the most amazing journeys I've ever been on! The past 17+ years have brought me to so many countries and places I never thought I'd ever venture to. My spouses idea of a vacation is NOT to find a family farm or to play in the dirt they used to farm...but mine is <3 I've been involved lately in DNA (also for medical reasons) and find it all so fascinating!
As I child I was told that I was related to an American Indian Princess... no such thing! Many of the HUTCHESON relatives I've encountered were told the same story. In my travels and researching I've learned through another HUTCHESON relative who was able to do the American Indian DNA testing that that information was NOT true. I also encounter another relative who's related through my HUTCHESON and HOOD lines that they had seen a picture of Elizabeth UNKNOWN HUTCHESON and she was as white an any European he has ever seen.
My DNA shows 01% as far as American Indian/ Asian. That would be off my mother's side not my father's HUTCHESONS. I also show a genetic gene that only those with American Indians can have.
Reference above is in regards to Charles HUTCHESON born 21 Dec 1796 in Tennessee who married Elizabeth UNKNOWN (some have her surname as BIRD or KEITH, but has never been proven far as I know in documents) born 15 April 1798 in Tennessee. They wed 1816 in Tennessee.
I'm off their son Sgt. Sargeant Wisdom HUTCHESON Sr.born in 1831.
