A user-created online family tree is not an acceptable source for creating a pre-1700 profile. What reliably sourced evidence do you have to support this profile?

See Help:Pre-1700 Profiles for information about the WikiTree policy on sources for pre-1700 and see Space:New Netherland Settlers Project Reliable Sources and Space:Dutch Roots Project Reliable Sources for advice about appropriate sources for profiles like this one. Please refrain from creating profiles for this time period without supplying appropriate sources.

Thank you for all your comments on the Janszen profile, i was willing to help a bit to improve this profile as a new nederland member. The sources i found where on My Heritage and Geni.com are secundary. I searched the Dutch archive website but this is a case that i have to go myself to the particular archive to examinate if there are any records concerning the members that went from the Netherlands to the US. With the present Covid 19 rules archives are only partially opened for the public, so after everything is more back to normal i will dive into the matter further ok?

Unfortunately, those My Heritage and Geni.com sources are not merely secondary sources, but are user-created family trees, which are inherently unreliable and therefore are not acceptable for creating pre-1700 profiles in WikiTree. Many excellent sources are available online, so COVID does not prevent all progress.
