He was living with his wife Oplis (age 31 and b. in TN), daughter Florence (age 9 and b. in TN), Son Kelly (age 6 and b. in TN), and son Fred (age 3 and b. in TN). Berry was a farmer. He indicated that this was his second marriage. It was the first marriage for Oplis. She had three children who were all living in 1910.[1]
Berry died on 21 July 1936. He was buried in Byrges Creek Cemetery, Cordell, Scott County, Tennessee, United States.[2]
