She married David Greenleaf, also of Norwich, in Norwich on June 2, 1763. They had nine children.[1][5]
Following their marriage they settled in Norwich, where their first and probably second child were born. They purchased land in Lancaster, Massachusetts, November 1, 1769, and appear to have resided in Lancaster or Bolton, Massachusetts, from 1769 to 1772. On January 1, 1772, they sold land in Lancaster, and are listed as "of Bolton" in a document dated November 11, 1772, in which they sold "a parcel of land ... in Norwich." This appears to mark their return to Bolton. In 1778 they purchased land in Coventry, Connecticut.[2]
David Greenleaf died in Coventry on December 11, 1800, at the age of 63. Mary (Johnson) Greenleaf died in Hartford, Connecticut, on May 1, 1814, at the age of 76.[1][6] She is buried in the Old North Cemetery in Hartford.
Eliza (Nabby), born March 22, 1777; died young.[7]
William, born December 12, 1778; married Mary Williams, of Hartford, Connecticut.[7]
