1900 Census shows her as Delia Kipers, living with her sister Annie, Annie's husband John and their son Willie at 1250 Cass St, Green Bay, Brown Co, WI (Ward 1, District 8). It shows her as age 17, born in Dec 1882 in Wisconsin.

1905 Wisconsin Census shows her as age 23, living in Scott, Brown Co, WI with her parents and several brothers & sisters.

She entered the cloistered Order of Our Lady of Charity as novitate Sister Mary of St. Martha on 21 Nov 1906, and took the name Sister Martha.

Was unable to locate her in the 1910 & 1920 Census forms.

1930 Census shows her as age 48, living at the Monastery of Our Lady of Charity in Green Bay, Brown Co, WI. Her status is listed as "member". She was a nun there. It's current location is 2560 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI. Ancestry.com misread surname as Knipers.

1940 Census shows her as age 57 living at Home of the Good Shepherd, 918 Porlier St, Ward 2, Green Bay, Brown, WI. Listed as M. Martha Kuypers, occupation is housework. She was a nun.

Obit: Sr. St. Martha Dies Thursday at Monastery Here Sister mary of St. Martha, Monastery of Our Lady of Charity, died Thursday from a cerebral thrombosis at the monastary. Born Dec. 3, 1882, in Bay Settlement, she was the former Delia Kuypers. She entered the novitiate here Nov. 21, 1906. Surviving are six sisters, Mrs. Matt Loginburg, Mrs Adrian Smith, Mrs. Henry Dushane, Mrs. Elmer Dushane and Miss Genevieve Kuypers, all of Green Bay; Mrs Martin Van Laanen, New Franken, and two brothers, William and Frank, both of Green Bay. The body will be brought to the monastery, 918 Porter St. at 1:30 Saturday afternoon after which relatives and friends may call. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 Monday morning at the convent. Burial will be in Allouez Cemetery.
