Biography
Elizabeth Lovett was born in 1678, in Prince William county, Virginia, a daughter of Lancaster Lovett, Jr. (1651-1703) and Mary Carraway (1657-1706) On October 25, 1700, in Princess Anne County, Virginia, Elizabeth married Thomas Leonard Keeling, born January 6, 1673/74, in Lower Norfolk County, Virginia, a son of Adam Keeling and Ann Martin. Children of Elizabeth and Thomas include:
- Thomas Leonard Keeling, born January 1, 1695, in Middlesex, Virginia, died September 1764, in Virginia, married Catherine Ball. [1]
- Adam Keeling born 1698, in Orange county, Virginia, died January 17, 1771, in Prince William county, Virginia, married Anne Thorowgood, father of Captain William Keeling, 1731-1798 [2]
- Amy Keeling, born 1702, in Princess Anne, Virginia, married John Cornick (1747-1803) [3]
- Margaret Keeling, born 1702, in Princess Anne, Virginia, died 1771, in Dobbs, North Carolina, married John Carraway, IV [4]
- William Keeling, born 1703, in Princess Anne, Virginia [5]
Elizabeth died in 1760, achieving the age of 90 years. [6]

Caution* Elizabeth's grandfather, Lancaster Lovett, Sr. the immigrant from England, died in 1673. The senior Lovett's Will is transcribed on the memorial for his son, Lancaster Lovett, Jr. who is Elizabeth's father
FamilySearch.Org has Elizabeth Miller Keeling, born 1710, in New Kent, Virginia, who married William Tyler (1710-1794) as a daughter of Thomas Leonard Keeling and this Elizabeth Keeling, however, the wife of William Tyler is the daughter of Richard Keeling, a son of George Keeling.
