Biography
William was born in 1797. He is the son of Joseph and Mary Boyes. He was baptised privately on 20th May, 1797. This may mean that it took place soon after his birth (taking place at home because he was a sickly newborn )[1] [2]
He Married Mary Boyes on 13 October 1817 at Stowe Nine churches, Northamptonshire with the consent of parents. Neither Willam nor Mary were able to sign their names.[3][4]
