Biography

James was born abt 1822 in Tennessee to parents Jacob Colbert Luttrell (abt.1800-1869) and Violet Travis (Childers) Luttrell (1805-1880). James married Caroline Robertson on 27 October 1843 in Hardeman, Tennessee. [1]
