Deposition of Anne Watts
In the deposition, she stated that she was about 63 years old, and that she was the daughter of Francis Warrington's Wife, who had formerly been the wife of John Martin, deceased. Ann also stated that her mother and the mother of Frances Golber, who married Thomas White, deceased, were sisters. On the same date, Mary Reynolds testified that she was present about thirty years earlier when Frances Golberas certained that Francis Warrington's wife was her aunt (see King George County Deed Book 1-A, pp. 120-21).
These statements suggest that Anne's father was John Martin.

Joanna (Monk) Waddington was the wife of Francis Waddington, Jr. Ann’s mother was Christian, the wife of John Martin and Francis Waddington, Sr. Mis-reading of documents has lead many to insist that Joanna was Ann’s mother.
DOB of 15 Nov 1678 from alternate merged profile. No source for it and conflicts with Anne's 1730 deposition.
