Honorable Robert McAfee (married Anne Green, daughter of Joseph and Mary McEntire Green) and they had five children to include four sons and one daughter, whose name was Margaret McAfee. Robert was a judge and a member of early SC Legislature; he also, served in a public manner in far western NC.... in Washington County, NC which became Washington, TN in later day. With time, Robert McAfee moved to the area of Jasper County, GA where he died.

Joseph Hardin and Robert McAfee executors of the estate of James McAfee deceased returned an inventory of the estate of said deceased. Fourth Tuesday, April 1771.[1]

On Dec 6, 1811, all of Robert's surviving children signed an agreement to share in his estate, "being apprehensive from his weak and infirm state of mind and body, that he will at some future period of time make an unequal division of the residue of his estate".It was signed by Joseph, Green, Arbraham McAfee and William Armstrong (son-in-law)[2]

Robert was not deceased until after 23 March 1818 when he sold his property to son-in-law William Armstrong.

CAPT. ROBERT McAFEE served under Col. Thomas Neal during the American Revolution.[3] ROBERT McAFEE married ANNE GREEN and had the following issue: JOSEPH McAFEE who moved to area of Marion Co. MS and was father of MORGAN & MADISON McAFEE (early MS State Senators); MARGARET McAFEE who married WILLIAM ARMSTRONG & resided GA; JAMES McAFEE who married MARTHA 'PATSY' McVAY (James died 1806 Pendleton Dist., SC); GREEN McAFEE who resided in GA (married PHOEBE) & died 1814 GA; and ABRAHAM McAFEE who resided GA. CAPT. ROBERT McAFEE died in GA in 1818 .
