Biography

Francis Edwin "Frank" McDonald was born December 22, 1883[1] in Lyon Co., Kansas. He was the son of Thomas 'William' McDonald Jr (1856-1913) and Ellen Ann (Bigelow) McDonald ( 1866-1902). At age 7 he was in his parent's home in Oklahoma in 1890.[2] In 1900 at age 16 he and his family were in Mound, Payne co., Oklahoma, where he was helping with the farming.[3]

He married Lela Etta Burris on September 20, 1906 in Payne, Oklahoma.[4] They had one child.

In May 1910 they were living in Pawnee, Payne Co., Oklahoma, where Frank was as a Farmer.[5] As reported on the Census, They had been married 3 yrs and had only the one child that had died the year before, with 0 living.

She passed away at age 25, on October 17, 1910 in Oklahoma. She was buried in the Ingalls Cemetery in Ingalls, Payne Co., Oklahoma.

At age 32, He married Mrs. Rose Ellen (Collins) Tucker abe 26, on November 29, 1915 , in Stillwater, Payne, Oklahoma.[6] Children.

They were living in Strike Axe, Osage Oklahoma in February, 1920 where he was an Oil Teamster. There were 5 children in the home, Ivan-11, step-son, William-9 step-son, Mary-7 Step-daughter, Johnnie-3 son, and Dewey-age 2 son, all going by the McDonald sir name.[7]

He passed away August 19, 1931 in Payne Co., Oklahoma, and was buried in the Ingalls Cemetery, Ingalls, Payne co., Oklahoma.[1][8]
