John was born on 17 Nov 1716 to Capt. John Morrill and Mary Stevens at Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.

He married Elizabeth Clough in 1738.[1] They had 10 children (see below).

Tim Prince
Morrill-1066 and Morrill-62 appear to represent the same person because: same birth. If he had a 2nd marriage, the earlier death date would be wrong. The 2nd marriage fits as Elizabeth's cousin Sarah widow Marston as those profiles also are proposed merge.
