Ann was born on 25 Sep 1738, possibly in Charles City County, Virginia. She was a daughter of George Owen and Elinor (surname unknown). Ann married James Taylor on 3 Dec 1755 in Cumberland County, Virginia. They had a long and eventful life together. Ann died on 12 Apr 1814 in Grainger County, Tennessee.
