Anne had a son, John Waters, who migrated to Virginia, a son Samuel who married a Margaret, a son Thomas, a daughter Elizabeth Overton, who migrated to Virginia with her husband, William, and a daughter, Mrs William Goodwin.[13] Anne also had a sister, married to Caleb Millett.[13]
In the Will of Sir Robert Peake, Knight, a goldsmith of London, dated 15 May 1666, with codicil made 27 September, 1666, proved 26 July, 1667, Sir Robert bequeathed twenty pounds to his cousin --- Waters, relict of Samuel Waters, skinner, deceased. He also left three hundred pounds to his cousin and sometime servant, George Lyddall, gentleman, in Virginia, and to his cousin, James Waters, the son of Joseph Waters, he left fifty pounds. To John Peake, Esq., eldest son of Sir William Peake, Knight, of London, Alderman, and his brother Benjamin, second son of Sir William, &c.[14] It can be deduced from his will that either Sir Robert was a widower and all his children had predeceased him, or were alienated from him, or he was never married as he did not mention a wife or any children in his will, although he gifted many god-children and he left one thousand pounds (one hundred pounds a year for ten years) to his good friend and valentine, Mary St. Loe of the Parish of Dunstans in the East, London, widow.[14]
Anne Waters of St. Sepulchres, London, widow, left a Will dated 29 September, proved 4 July 1700.[13]
"Anne Waters of St. Sepulchres, London, widow. Will 29 September, 1697; proved 4 July 1700. Son John, who for divers years past hath been gone to Virginia, 5s and no more. Son Samuel Waters, and Margaret his wife, 10s apiece. Daughter Elizabeth Overton, now in Virginia, 10s, and William her husband, 10s. Son-in-law Mr. William Goodwin, 10s. for a ring. Brother-in-law Caleb Millett, 10s. Son Thomas Waters, residuary legatee, and he the sole Executor.
Noel, 108."
"The Will of Ann Waters, dated 7 Sep. 1697, of St. Sepulchre, London, England, specifically calls her daughter Elizabeth Overton 'now in Virginia'. Also named as being in Virginia is her brother, John Waters. A deed is recorded in the Virginia land books for 4,600 acres of land on the south side of Pamunky River on Falling Creek, 23 April 1681, to William Overton, for transporting 92 persons to the colony, including Elizabeth Overton."[16]

UNKNOWN-55287 and Peake-42 appear to represent the same person because: Not sure if Peake is the correct LNAB, but these two profiles are meant to represent the same person.
update: just re-read text, 1620 was not the date of her father's will (which text says was 1612).
because of the "after 1620" (date of father's will?), db_errors says she died before she was married & before her daughter was born.
But. Is this the same woman? Baptized 1602 means she was 37 when she married and began having children, which is a bit old for the times. And with daughter Elizabeth born 1654, that would put her at 52, which is a bit old for now even.
