Biography

Foster was born in 1777. He was the son of Richard Perkins and Mary Hancock.^[1]

In 1793, his father, Richard was appointed guardian of his estate which he inherited from their uncle John Hancock, Esqr, late Govr of the Commonwealth.^[2]

He passed away before 1802.

Probate

Foster Perkins of Bridgewater, gentleman died intestate and on 14 April 1802, Richard Perkins, of Bridgewater, Esqr., was granted the administration of his estate.^[3]
