Phillips-6609 and Phillips-1048 are not ready to be merged because: May be the same person, not enough info for clarity on what doesn’t match.

Different parents, different daughters! The parents of this Margaret Phillips were born & died in Ireland, while the parents of Mary Phillips (Phillips-6609) were married in Haslemere, Surrey, England. Plus the nicknames for Margaret and Mary are different 'Margaret' is not a nickname for Mary, nor is 'Mary' for Margaret.
