Note that the father of Howard was Hardy, who died in 1813. Therefore, theremust have been another in the line between the two. There IS a Howard born in 1757/8, who died in 1839 married to Mary Polly Powell in 1810. This Howard also had a son named Howard in the right time-frame, so I believe thisHoward is the father of the WTBS Howard.
