Annie was born in 1795. She was the daughter of Cader Powell and Frances Foote. She passed away in 1896. [1]

Anna (b. 1785 in Virginia) is listed in the family of Cader Powell (1750-1835) and Frances Foote (1763-1857) along with siblings Jacob (b. between 1773 and 1787 and unknown death), Henry Powell (1780-?), Isaac Powell (b. between 1780-1790), Allen (1783- c. 1830 fighting a prairie fire), Mary "Polly" (b. 1787 in VA; m. [1] Abner Thompson and [2] John William Belcher, d. c. 1856 in VA), Theophilus (b. 1792 in Montgomery County, VA and d. in 1861 in Waldo Hills, OR), and George (b. c. 1793 in VA, d. 9 Oct 1828 in Pike County, KY).[2]
