Biography

Nicole Provost was born about 1729 in Natchitoches Post, Louisiana, New France. Her parents were Nicolas (Prevost) Prevôt dit Colet (~1700 - <1762) and Yves Dubos (1707 - ~1784). [citation needed]

Nicole married François Pierre Mayeux ( François Pierre MAYEUX was born between 1723 and 1726 in Arkansas Post, Diocese of Québec) on 11 February 1745 in Pointe Coupee, Louisiana.[1]

Nicole died on 22 September 1765 in Pointe Coupee, at age about 36.[2]
