Martha A Abercrombie was enumerated as mother of the head of household at 9th Avenue, Precinct 12, Jefferson County, Alabama for the April 20, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1839 in Alabama and widowed. She was noted as having her own income as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Andrew J Abercrombie, wife Vinnie R Abercrombie, son Robert W Abercrombie, daughter Fanny L Abercrombie and son Andrew J Abercrombie Jr.[2]
Martha Robertson is listed as the mother in the Birmingham, Jefferson County November 5, 1950 Alabama Death of son Andrew Jackson Abercrombie. The father was listed as Wm. R. Abercrombie.[3]
