Biography

Johannes was baptized in the Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, New York, on 18 January 1742, recorded as the child of Arie Rosa and Geesje Ostrander. Witnesses were Jan van Terwilge and Jacomyntje van der Merken.[1]
