Biography

Motinilla Aurelia "Mottie" Saunders was born in 1877 in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas to Benjamin Atwood Saunders and Elizabeth Ann Turtle Lowe.

She married Charles Franklin Albury, son of John Albury and Laura Adeline Weatherford Albury, 22 February 1899, at Green Turtle Cay. The couple had children - among them Laura Elizabeth Albury, Wilton Albury, John Dalphone Albury, and Matred Aurelia Albury.

Mottie Saunders Albury died 9 March 1932 in Man O War Cay, Abaco, Bahamas at 54 years of age.
