If you add some sources, you can mark it confident. This profile was created quite a while ago and I'm a little surprised that it still doesn't have a Biography or any Sources, even though there are ancestors to be seen. The Help for Sources has a lot of different kinds of sources that you can probably find for her. Since you signed the Honor Code you know the importance of sources.
As far as DNA confirmation goes, if you can find someone on your mother's side of the family who has a DNA test that matches you sufficiently, you can use the DNA Confirmation Citation Maker app to create the necessary source citation. Look for "DNA Connections" for candidates.
