Rachel Scott Holmes, widow of Joseph Royston Holmes, died at the age of 71, in her home at of 245 Armistead Ave., Hampton, Virginia. Her funeral was held at 3:30 p.m., 11 Aug 1960 at St. John's Episcopal Church. The Rev. D. Taylor Willis officiated. She was buried in St. John's Cemetery. Lee Scott Jr,. W. W. Scott III, Francis J.
