Biography

Rhoda was born about 1860. Daughter of Phillip Sheppard and Martha Morgan. Her step father was James S Morgan. She married William Fletcher Otwell in 1874. She was widowed in 1918 and is living with her children in 1920 census. Her death certificate gives the name Rhoda J Morgan, lists her as married, with the informant as Tom Morgan. Her Tombstone has her name as Roda J Otwell Morgan. Does seem to indicate a late marriage. But so far cant find one. She passed away in 1929.^[1]
