The biography for Eugene Smith is empty. What can you add?
I was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia Feb 6, 1942. Strong belief that my birth address was 1416 Georgia Ave, Clarksburg, WV. My Mother, Susie (maiden name Devart, sometimes considered Davis). At that address my Mother Susie was living with her Grandmother Maude Davis. My father is unknown. My Mother did not marry him. I believe he was a boarder at the Davis home and he was booted out when my Mother was pregnant. My Mother was next living at 234 Edgevale Rd., Brooklyn 25, Maryland with her Aunt Audrey Springston family in 1943. In 1946 she also listed this same address on her marriage certificate. Marrying my adopted father Russell W Lowell. I grew up as a Eugene Ronald Lowell, but I believe my last name to be Smith as there was a hint that my biological father was named Jack Smith. I am soon to turn 76 and I would like to know who my father was. It's not too late is it? Update August 29, 2018 - DNA results from Ancestry.com have revealed a 1032 cm with Evie Smith. Her Grandfather is John William Jackson Smith. He is believed to be my Father. Other dna results support this.
