Sarah's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1855 in the Tynemouth district, Northumberland, England.[1] She was the daughter of William Stead and Isabella Jobson.
In the 1871 census Sarah (age 15), Scholar, was the daughter of William Stead in Howdon Pans, Northumberland, England.[2]
In the 1881 census Sarah (age 25) was the unmarried daughter of William Stead on Brunton St, Wallsend, Northumberland, England.[3]
Sarah's marriage was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1883 in the Guisborough district.[4]
In the 1891 census Sarah (age 35) was the wife of George R Strachan in Streatham, London, England.[5]
Sarah's death (age 40) was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1896 in the Wandsworth district.[6]
