Could we edit his unit to read Plymouth County Militia. This would keep him out of the list of patriots needing unit updates.

I changed it - at issue is the Massachusetts Soldiers and Sailor document that does not always give the actual units names, and in some cases those names were attached many years after the war.

Nathaniel is listed as serving with the Artillery under Lt. Jackson... nothing else.

Thanks for pointing this out, As you know, on WT, we have to use the sources we can find.

I guess I need to dig up some more sources to prove one or the other, but Both Nathaniel's service in the Revolution are in the MSSR Book.

Roy, I have removed the 1776 sticker from Stetson-974 - leaving this one with the 1776 sticker as Betty notes where the dates ad spouse matches.

I'm busy on the 1776 project marking all sorts of profile that are missing the 1776 categories, looking up pension for soldiers and etc. It takes a lot of time for each of us volunteers to review profiles, so taking this one away will save others from the spending more time ... You may wish to switch the service details as they are currently mixed...

DAR Ancestor # A108631 (which I added to this profile) contains info that conflicts with this profile (Stetson-2170) and Stetson-974. The spouse (Ruth Mitchell) agrees with Stetson-2170 but the service record agrees with Stetson-974.
