| Hannah Stick was born in Cornwall. |
Hannah was baptised at Roche Parish church on 01 January 1847. At this time she was a resident at Belowda in Roche. Her parents were Thomas Stick whose occupation was "tinner" and Anna Maria Hobb. [1]
When she was 18 years of age, on 29th October 1863, Hannah married Josiah Varcoe in Roche parish church. Hannah was living at Belowda in Roche before she got married. Josiah Varcoe was a farmer and was living at Tregoss. The witnesses to the marriage were Samuel Curtis and Ann Brokenshire. [2]
Hannah died in New Zealand in 1933 at the age of 86 years old. [3]
