I can tell that the sources given here matched what was on FamilySearch.org, which gave his death in Pennsylvania and sources from Pennsylvania. The user had conflated this George Emund Taylor, born in Virginia, with a George Taylor born in Ireland and gave this Find A Grave as a source: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/2778/george-taylor

I am in the process of correcting FamilySearch.org. See also: https://www.colonial-settlers-md-va.us/getperson.php?personID=I101930&tree=Tree1
