Biography

Nathaniel was born in 1684. He was the son of Thomas Taylor and Abigail Roe. He passed away before 1702; Frank C. Roe's book states that Nathaniel died young but doesn't explain what that means. Assume he died before he was 02 years old, just a guess. [1]

The family lived in Suffield, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Suffield eventually became part of the State of Connecticut. Suffield is now known as Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA. [2]

Suffield [3]
1682 - 1692: Suffield, Hampshire County, Massachusetts Bay Colony
1692 - 1716: Suffield, Hampshire County, Province of Massachusetts Bay
1716 - 1788: Suffield, Hartford County, Colony of Connecticut
1788 - Present: Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA

The Massachusetts Bay Colony was subsumed into the Province of Massachusetts Bay, of which parts eventually evolved into the State of Massachusetts (more or less).
