Adaline E. Templeton was born in Alabama on 22 February 1821. NOTE: It is possible Adaline was the daughter of Robert and Mary (Johnson) Templeton. In the 1830 census for Lawrence County, Alabama, there is only one Templeton household, which is headed by Robert. In the census, he has one daughter 5-9 years old and one daughter 10-14 years old.
