Charles Terriot was born about 1692. He was the son of Germain Thériot and Anne Pellerin. The family was in Minas in 1693[1], in Grand Pré in 1701[2], they had moved to Cobeguid by 1703[3] again in Cobequid in 1707 [4] and finally, in Cobequit in 1714[5]
He married Angelique Douaron (Doiron), daughter of Charles Douaron and Francoise Godet of Pigiquit 3 Oct 1718 at Saint Charles des Mines.[6]
